Terms of Service

Payment
– All prices are in USD
– Full payment is due upfront via Paypal invoice. The commission will be officially accepted once the payment is given. Please do not send payment otherwise, because me invoicing you will be much more secure for both of us.
– Payment may vary from the prices listed. Extremely detailed clothing/armor/tattooing/mechnical parts/texturing/design will increase the price for all types of commissions.
– Commissions that have been completed and sent will not be refunded. While you are receiving a product, what you are paying for is a personalized service, of which I cannot get my time and effort back from.

Rights Reserved
– I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason or no reason at all. I have the right to not inform you if I was not interested in the commission.
– I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication or inappropriate behavior.
– I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the rights to distribution, as a product of my labor.
– I am willing to edit the final product if its possoble, but otherwise I will not be making multiple edits once the commission is finished. I will not accept bribery through tips.
– I will do commissions in the order I feel most mentally and physically able to handle them, rather than on a first-come-first-serve basis. For this reason, I don't necessarily have a strict queue either
– You may not re-distribute, reproduce, or sell my work or profit from the digital artwork.
– You may exhibit the work online/offline as long as credit is given.
– If you intend to print, you must specify beforehand and give the needed size
–You may resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

What I will not draw
– Real people
– Someone else's personal OC without their permission
– Anything NSFW or otherwise sexual in nature. Anything that looks like it could be used in """SFW""" fetish material would extremely likely end up rejected as well.
– Gore
– Anything excessively or realistically violent
– Significant age gaps for ships, incest, sexual assault, as well as racist/bigoted and otherwise harmful imagery.
– This is mostly a general guideline, and there may be cases I refuse commissions that may not necessesarily fit the above restrictions.

Contact Information

I accept commissions through my email at [email protected]. I may also take commission requests through other means, but I must have a valid Paypal email to invoice you, and it is highly recommended that I email you the final piece for the best quality.

Otherwise, I may be contacted by dm on twitter, or messaged on tumblr.

I accept donations through ko-fi but for financial safety I do NOT accept commissions through ko-fi currently.
